Eric Carter
Owner
Eric, originally from Oklahoma, attended culinary school in Florida before beginning a 20-year career with BBRG’s Bravo and Brio concepts. As an executive chef and managing partner, he helped grow the company from 5 to 125 locations nationwide. After relocating to Orlando, Eric joined OVRS, the vacation rental company founded by his wife of 30 years, Susan. He enjoys supporting the Oklahoma Sooners in his free time.
Susan Carter
Owner
Susan, originally from Alabama, spent much of her childhood traveling the world as part of an Army family. Her professional background includes teaching and managing high-volume restaurants before founding OVRS with a vision of building a family-run business. Susan enjoys Florida’s beaches, time with family, and supporting the Alabama Crimson Tide. She also serves as director of an animal rescue organization that saves thousands of endangered pets each year.
Emilie Roberts
Operations & Client Services Manager
Emilie serves as Operations and Client Services Manager, bringing more than 30 years of professional experience, including the past eight years in property management. She is dedicated to delivering strong financial performance, streamlining operations, and building lasting client relationships through efficient processes, attention to detail, and exceptional service.
Mark Suit
Maintenance Manager
Mark joined OVRS after a successful 20-year career as a regional manager with Precision Tune. His mechanical expertise, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills make him a valuable part of the team. In his free time, Mark enjoys supporting the University of Alabama, writing and recording music, and spending quality time with family.
Caitlin Shiver
Office Manager
Cait moved to Florida in 2008, where she completed high school and attended Osceola Community College. Before joining OVRS as Office Manager in 2011, she worked at Disney and served as clubhouse manager at Aviana Resort for five years. Cait is a proud mother to Aiden and three furry companions. She enjoys relaxing at the beach and cheering on Aiden at his soccer games.
Stacey M. Jones
Senior Property Inspector & Housekeeping Manager
Originally from New York, Stacey began her career working in a nursing and rehabilitation center in western New York. Growing up in a family that owned and managed hotels and restaurants, she developed a lifelong passion for hospitality. Stacey joined OVRS in 2016 as a housekeeper and was quickly promoted to Senior Property Inspector due to her exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to guest service.
Brian Cacioppo
Pool Operations Manager
Brian is originally from Staten Island, New York, and attended East Stroudsburg University. After relocating to Florida, he worked for Disney, a local property management company, and served with the Aviana HOA as a security officer. Brian joined OVRS in 2019 as a pool and maintenance technician. In his free time, he enjoys watching the New York Yankees and Dallas Cowboys.
